It crosses lush rainforest, open moorland, and dramatic alpine ridges before joining the Machame Route near Shira Plateau. With breathtaking panoramic views, diverse landscapes, and high summit success rates, the Lemosho Route is perfect for trekkers seeking both adventure and solitude. Over seven days on the mountain, you’ll experience Kilimanjaro’s incredible ecological zones and finish with the ultimate triumph — standing on Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa.
